Bolmaster is a pricing and dashboard platform for Bol.com sellers. You configure repricing rules and guardrails; Bolmaster calculates suggested prices based on competition, margin, Bol promotions and buy box signals. You can run dry-run first before prices go live to Bol.
No. Bolmaster is an independent SaaS platform and uses the official Bol Retailer API. Buy box, ranking and commissions remain fully controlled by Bol.com.
Create an account, choose a plan and add your Bol Retailer API credentials in the customer panel (client ID and secret from the Bol partner portal). After a successful test you can import products.
Yes. Seller credentials are encrypted per Bol account. Only your tenant can access its own credentials; platform admins never see plaintext secrets.
In dry-run mode Bolmaster calculates suggested prices without sending them to Bol. This lets you validate rules before going live.
Frequency depends on your plan — from once per day (Starter) to hourly (Enterprise). Competitor and buy box checks run automatically in the background.
Only when repricing is active and dry-run is off, within your min/max prices and margin guardrails. Blocked changes are logged so you can see why a price was not applied.
Yes. Use price lock on individual products to exclude them from bulk repricing profiles. Locked products keep their current price until you remove the lock.
Market data and price calculations run in the background at the frequency of your plan. Price updates to Bol are paced; when the Bol Retailer API rate-limits requests, they are retried or deferred rather than pushed without restraint.
If the Bol API is temporarily unavailable, synchronisations and price updates are deferred or retried. Live updates expect a successful confirmation from Bol before they count as applied. When the API is available again, scheduled work resumes.
As the seller you remain responsible for prices shown on Bol.com. Bolmaster only applies prices within the rules, limits and guardrails you configure. Use dry-run and price locks to reduce risk. Formal liability terms will follow from (still-to-be-finalised) terms of service — not from this FAQ.
There is currently no productized one-click cancellation export on the marketing site. Catalogue and pricing data remain visible in the customer panel while your account is active. How export, retention and deletion on cancellation are officially offered still needs a product and policy decision.
There is no contractually published uptime SLA on this site. We aim for a stable service with monitoring and error reporting. Specific availability commitments belong in a business contract where applicable.
Bolmaster processes data to deliver the SaaS service. A standard downloadable DPA is not published here yet. Whether and how a DPA is offered is a product and legal decision still to be confirmed. See the privacy page for a provisional product summary (not a finished legal document).
